Since its debut in 2011, The Voice has been launching countless musical careers. As Season 27 approaches its grand finale we're witnessing one of the most talented groups of finalists yet.

So let's meet the 5 phenomenal contestants, each of whom has a chance to win this season.

Adam David

Adam was interested in music from a very early age. During a talk with Deepest Dream, he said:

“I started playing guitar when I was eight. And I was always making things, I was always kinda like coming out with little, simple melody things on the guitar.”

David also thanks music for saving him as he is now six years clean. Despite all of the achievements on and off the show, he stays humble, saying:

“I’m the underdog right now. Everyone is amazing. They’re amazing singers. They’re amazing artists. We’ve all gotten very close.”

Jaelen Johnston

If there's anyone who proves that family support can take you far, it's Team Kelsea's Jaelen Johnston. Johnston has become the competition's heart and soul, backed by a family who's supported him all the way.

His family isn't the only one supporting him; his coach is too.

“It’s been a lot of pep talks. She’s been amazing, dude. She’s been in my corner since the Blind Auditions, giving me tips and tricks on the industry. She’s helped control my voice a little bit,” Johnston revealed during his interview with Nebraska radio station 987 (via American Songwriter).

RENZO

• Signature Style: Versatile powerhouse vocals with rock edge
• Standout Performances: “Dream On” and “Too Sweet”

Team Legend's RENZO has consistently proven why he's a force to be reckoned with. From Aerosmith to Hozier, his versatility and vocals have earned him a well-deserved spot in the Top 5.

But RENZO's motivation goes beyond personal success. In an interview to The Buzz, he revealed:

“I just feel super accomplished to have made it this far. And for my girls, all three of them to see me doing what I love at this high level. And I just hope that they see this and whatever it is that they want to do, they're like: ‘Okay, going for your dreams is a real thing and it can actually happen for you.’”

Jadyn Cree

• Signature Style: Angelic vocals with natural stage presence
• Unique Factor: Daughter of Season 25 contestant Bryan Olesen

Jadyn's transformation from proud audience member to finalist is the kind of full-circle moment that makes The Voice special. In an interview to Deepest Dream, she said:

"I grew up watching my dad perform on stage and stuff and just seeing him be goofy and himself on stage."

Lucia Flores-Wiseman

• Signature Style: Emotional depth all the way
• Breakthrough Moment: Four-chair turn with “La Llorona”

When Lucia stepped onto the stage and delivered “La Llorona,” 4 judges turned around. But Lucia's philosophy about performing runs deep. During her talk with Deepest Dream, she opened up, saying:

“I want to show that within that music. It’s not just “the voice,” it is my soul. And I think everyone’s soul is special and unique. But I think really being vulnerable in your music is what can help you show that soul, show the characteristics of it.”
