'Ballard': Exciting New Ten-Episode Crime Series Launching on Prime Video This July

The Prime Video YouTube channel has published a full trailer for the new crime series Ballard, which takes place in the Bosch universe and is based on the books by Michael Connelly. The series will consist of ten episodes. They will all be released on July 9 on Prime Video.
The main character is Detective Renee Ballard, played by Maggie Q (Nikita). She heads a new cold case unit in Los Angeles and faces a dangerous serial killer, as well as a conspiracy within the police force.
The full cast includes John Carroll Lynch, Rebecca Field, Michael Mosley, Amy Hill, Victoria Moroles, Courtney Taylor, Hector Hugo, Noah Bean, and Michael Cassidy. Titus Welliver also returns as Harry Bosch, connecting the series to the previous franchise.
