Before teaming up for The Last of Us that quickly became HBO’s new darling, both Craig Mazin and Neil Druckmann had their names attached to other notable titles in the movie and TV industry, and there’s a solid chance you’ve seen at least a couple of those.

‘Mythic Quest’ (2020 — )

Partially written by and starring Craig Mazin in a recurring role, Mythic Quest has been one of Apple TV+’s biggest hits until it was suddenly wrapped back in April after four seasons.
The comedy series primarily follows a team behind the biggest multiplayer video game of all time, whose members spend their every day coming up with ideas for the most epic battles and the most compelling characters that appear in the game’s legends.
The game itself, however, is nothing short of an ordinary thing compared to all those battles that the company’s office has to witness from Monday to Friday.

Produced by Neil Druckmann and starring Tom Holland, Uncharted is another adaptation based on the action-adventure video game of the same name that Druckmann also helped to helm.
The movie boasts of an all-star leading cast, comprising Mark Wahlberg and Antonio Banderas, and follows Holland’s Nathan Drake who gets recruited by Wahlberg’s Victor Sallivan to stop a greedy billionaire from discovering the fabled treasure of the Magellan expedition.

One of the best TV shows of all time according to IMDb, Chernobyl was written and created by Craig Mazin, with the plot following the disastrous ramifications of the nuclear plant explosion in Soviet Union’s Ukraine back in April of 1986.
Starring Stellan Skarsgård, Jared Harris and Emily Watson in the leading roles, Chernobyl is mostly based on Svetlana Alexievich’s book titled “Voices from Chernobyl”, which is a recollection of Pripyat locals’ stories.

The first sequel to a 2009 hit comedy Hangover, Part II is written by Craig Mazin and sees the return of Bradley Cooper, Ed Helms, Justin Bartha and Zach Galifianakis as their characters now travel to Thailand for the anticipated wedding of one of them.
After things went completely wrong at the bachelor party in Las Vegas, the gang is determined to have a normal, safe pre-wedding brunch with almost no alcohol included — however, the event once again results in a harsh hangover with no memories about the last night whatsoever.

Still reeling from the disaster that they barely escaped in Bangkok, the characters decide it’s time to go back to the place where it all started, but another trip to Las Vegas risks repeating everything that they had to go through back then.
