You won't expect this Sprouse brother to be the one to start a fight.

In the past year, you have probably heard enough about former Disney and current Riverdale 's star Cole Sprouse to expect some shade from him to someone in the industry.

However, his twin brother, who also got his start in the industry thanks to Disney's hit The Suite Life of Zack & Cody, is the one who prefers to stay out of the spotlight these days.

But things were different 10 years ago. In fact, back in 2013, it was Dylan who started a conflict with another famous Disney brother.

Specifically, Joe Jonas, who shared his thoughts on how their experience with the most powerful children's network wasn't exactly the best.

That's what he said in the revealing Vulture essay, referring to the aftermath of another Disney scandal involving Vanessa Hudgens' leaked nude photos:

"We didn't want to disappoint anyone—our parents, our fans, our employers—so we put incredible pressure on ourselves, the kind of pressure that no teenager should be under."

Although the majority of people with similar experiences would have supported such a statement and agreed that perhaps Disney's methods were a little too obsessive and controlling, Dylan Sprouse had his own thoughts, which he shared on his personal Tumblr.

Contrary to the opinions of many ex-Disney celebrities, Sprouse didn't feel too restricted and didn't feel that the problems Joe Jonas mentioned were present at all.

"I think it's bulls--t that they were being robbed of choice or creativity. If they wanted to, they could have told Disney 'NO.' Cole and I did this hundreds of times and we ended up all right. The only reason they didn't is because, like many of the people on that channel, I think they fell for the allure of fame."

Dylan Sprouse not only accused the Jonas Brothers of pursuing fame through the channel, but went so far as to call them bad artists.

This type of feud might have been somewhat acceptable if both parties were in their teens, as they were at Disney, but by the time the conflict took place, both Dylan Sprouse and Joe Jonas were in their early 20s, so it was seen as petty and unnecessary.

Luckily, it was all handled in a more mature manner away from the public eye, so the spark didn't turn into a full-blown fight between two former teen idols.
