No Way Home may not have been the last time we saw the web-slinger.

Tobey Maguire has indicated that he would love to don the Spider-Man costume again if Marvel would reach out to him.

Teasing multiverse fans once again in a new interview with Marvel.com, Maguire confessed his love for the franchise and dropped some strong hints.

"I love these films and I love all of the different series. If these guys called me and said, "Would you show up tonight to hang out and goof around?" or "Would you show up to do this movie or read a scene or do a Spider-Man thing?", it would be a "yes!" Because why wouldn't I want to do that?" he said.

He never said whether the studio approached him about his character's new look. However, Maguire's comments come on the heels of the hype for Secret Wars and how it can bring back all the beloved characters in an ultimate multiversal adventure.

The MCU has already toyed with the idea of the multiverse in the Doctor Strange sequel, as well as the third Tom Holland- starring Spider-Man film. No Way Home was a smash hit that brought all three web-slingers together, with Holland teaming up with Maguire and Andrew Garfield's Peters.

Now, however, the MCU's Spider-Man is back to square one, with the multiverse fixed and the main universe having no memory of Spider-Man's identity. Tom Holland's Peter Parker is back as the friendly neighborhood Spider-Man, and fans want him to experience being a street-level hero before he can be thrown into another massive Avenger-level event.

As for Maguire's possible return, Marvel has been tight-lipped about the Secret Wars cast. The film is set to hit theaters on May 1, 2026. Who knows what could happen between now and then?
