Star Wars fans, you have been heard.

If you have spent entire August in anticipation of Ahsoka Tano swinging her saber on your screen, then you are most likely aware about the chaos surrounding the show's premiere date.

Allow us to explain.

Initially, Ahsoka was scheduled to be released on August 23, at a less than convenient time of midnight. This would basically glue Star Wars fans to the screens and force them to binge the new episodes at night, likely ruining many people's sleep schedule.

Well, worry not: if you got work the next day but still want to escape to the Star Wars universe for a while, you won't have to stay up watching only to regret everything in the morning.

Ahsoka will now premiere on Disney Plus at a reasonable time of August 22 at 9 p.m. ET / 6 p.m. PT. This is a truly rare move in the industry dominated by the middle-of-the-night drops, but Ahsoka couldn't care less: the new episodes will be premiering on Tuesday nights at the same time.

The first drop will include two episodes, with the first season consisting of eight episodes. That means Ahsoka fans will have a new episode to look forward to right until October 3.

With Rosario Dawson in the titular role, the show will focus on the adventures of the former Jedi Knight who will have to look into an emerging threat to the vulnerable galaxy.

Dawson will be joined by Lars Mikkelsen, who is playing Grand Admiral Thrawn, David Tennant as the droid Huyang from Clone Wars, Natasha Liu Bordizzo as Mandalorian warrior Sabine Wren, and Mary Elizabeth Winstead as the New Republic general Hera Syndulla. The rest of the cast also includes late Ray Stevenson, Ivanna Sakhno, and Diana Lee Inosanto.

The wait is almost over, and the new Jedi is almost here. Meet us on Disney Plus when Ahsoka drops first two episodes today!
