The upcoming Black Adam movie is certainly raising the stakes.

Warning: the following article contains unconfirmed spoilers for Black Adam

Even though Black Adam has not been officially released yet, a certain detail from the movie already has DC fans going insane. According to multiple early reports, the film's post credit scene has something that virtually all DCEU fans have been dying to see: Henry Cavill 's Batman return.

Now, new details from the leaked scene have emerged on social media. According to the scoop shared on Twitter by MyTimeToShineHello, Johnson's antihero and Cavill's protagonist are to face off in the very end of the movie — after all other means to contain Black Adam are no longer of use.

"[Viola Davis' Amanda] Waller tells Black Adam he better not leave Khandaq. That it's his prison now. He says something like "Or what!? there's no one on this planet that can stop me." and she says in that case she'll get someone not from this planet to deal with him," the unconfirmed scoop reads.

In an even more exciting development, the scene goes on to reveal "a figure wearing a cape fly down, it's Cavill and he tells Adam it's been a while since someone's made the world this nervous and they should talk."

Dwayne Johnson Shades DCEU for Cavill's Superman Treatment

However, the scooper adds that Cavill was the most recent addition to Black Adam, so "if anyone is claiming this was in the works since 2020-2021 they're lying."

"Keaton is still the new Batman for the DCEU at the end of The Flash. The only change they made was adding Cavill," MyTimeToShineHello clarified.

Although teased previously in multiple other early scoops, the post-credit scene details cannot be confirmed until the official release of the movie. Black Adam is to hit screens on October 21, with Dwayne Johnson reprising the DC anti-hero. According to the DC mythology, Black Adam comes from the ancient city of Kahndaq, only to unleash his brutal tactics of justice into the modern times. The Justice Society of America predictably spots him and tries to teach him to be a hero and not a villain.

Just how well will that work, we are to see very soon, with Dwayne Johnson already hinting that Black Adam might be a new milestone for the DCEU that is set to revive the iconic superhero universe.
