Where did Jack go on Love Is Blind UK?
Faye Domaille woke up the morning after her 29th birthday party to an empty flat in Canary Wharf. Her fiancé's location sharing was off, his phone was dead, and by the time he answered he was a two-hour walk away — in flip-flops. "He's literally vanished," she says on camera.
Jack has since given a minute-by-minute account of the roughly three hours he was gone: he panicked about meeting Faye's parents properly, switched his phone off, walked up the Thames, ducked inland to a shop to sober up, and sat on a bench until he turned the phone back on. No second address, no other person. Just a walk.
What Jack says happened
The chef, 30, grew up in Cornwall and describes himself as a beach bum. He told Netflix's Tudum in 2026 that the flat itself was part of it — 43 storeys up in a glass box, with skyscrapers and police cars whenever he stepped outside.
- The after-party — the last guest left at dawn; Faye had already passed out on top of the covers, fully dressed.
- The trigger — Jack started spiralling about sitting down with Faye's parents in a few hours and being back on camera. He'd technically met them at the party; this felt different.
- The route — phone off, up the Thames, then inland towards a shop, hoping to sober up.
- The bench — about an hour and a half in, he sat down and switched the phone back on. Faye's messages started landing.
- The habit — he was up before her most mornings anyway, for the gym or to buy breakfast, so he "thought nothing of it".
Why Find My Friends showed nothing
Jack has no better explanation than the obvious one: the handset was switched off. He put the whole decision down to impulsiveness, calling it a classic ADHD heat-of-the-moment call — he disconnected everything at once and walked.
He came back on zero sleep and handled it badly, arriving without the apology Faye's dad had hoped for and pointing at her lack of trust instead. By episode 8 he'd changed tack. He also told The Tab in 2026 that his regret is narrower than viewers assume:
"I'm not sorry for going out. If I need to get out, I'll get out. What I'm sorry for is the way I spoke to Faye."
Did Faye marry him?
She did. Episodes 9 and 10 dropped on 26 August 2026, and all four remaining couples said "I do" — Sophie and Taylor, Ciara and Ajay, Francesca and Joseph, and Faye and Jack. He went missing again the night before the wedding after a late one with friends, turned up very late and hungover, then got married in a Cornish kilt.
Where they are now
The reunion landed on 30 August 2026. They're still married and living with Faye's parents in Guernsey, which suggests the in-laws have moved on from the walkabout. Jack told Tudum he knew he had rebuilding to do after letting them down at the start; Faye's parents were in the reunion audience.
For the record: season 3 ran 11 episodes across three drops — eight on 19 August, two on 26 August, and the reunion on 30 August. The pods themselves were filmed in Stockholm, on the set built for Love Is Blind: Sweden.
