A new Agatha Christie adaptation, Towards Zero, has been released on BBC One. The first adaptation came in 1928, when Julius Hagen directed The Passing of Mr. Quin.
Since then, the author's novels and short stories have inspired more than 100 films and series around the world.
1. Ordeal by Innocence, 2018
Raising five adopted children, the Argylls are a true example of the ideal family. But one morning the servants find Mrs. Rachel Argyll's body.
The police accuse one of the couple's sons, Jack, of the murder after learning that he had argued with his mother the day before. The young man insists he has an alibi, but the court sends him to prison anyway, where he dies six months later.

2. Poirot, 1989-2013

4. Miss Marple, 2004-2013
The charming old lady Miss Marple lives in a small English village. The old woman's lonely life is occasionally brightened by the arrival of her nephew, and the rest of the time she is left to herself and her hobbies: gardening and tea parties with friends.
The woman's real passion, however, is investigating the murders that occur from time to time in the area.
The local police are puzzled when they get a "freelancer" on their hands, but over time they shed their prejudices and recognize the genius of the elderly detective.
5. Murder on the Orient Express, 2017
The Orient Express, traveling from Istanbul to Paris, becomes the scene of a crime that only Hercule Poirot can solve.
It all began when one of the travelers, Mr. Ratchett, approached the famous detective with a request to ensure his safety. The man has led a criminal life for many years and is now certain that enemies are literally everywhere.
Poirot refuses to cooperate, and the very next morning begins an investigation into Ratchett's murder. Everyone on the train is under suspicion.
