If there's one thing the world of Westeros does well, it's creating complicated, twisted relationships. Game of Thrones set the bar high for dysfunctional romance. Fortunately, House of the Dragon did not disappoint, providing us with uncle-niece marriage and other politically calculated disasters.

How Did Aemond and Alys Meet in the Book? [Heavy Spoilers Alert!]
If the showrunners decide to follow the source material's storyline of Aemond and Alys, the two would meet after Aemond takes over Harrenhal. He would make her his prisoner and bedmate. Later she claims to be pregnant with his child, who would be Aemond's only offspring.
Fun fact: Alys also helps Aemond track down Daemon through her visions.

There are also rumors that Alys used magic to influence Aemond. I’m excited to see how the show explores this. Will they portray her as a “witch” or will they leave us with more questions than answers? I suppose the only way to find out is to wait for the new season.
