Who doesn't love a good transformation story? Harry Potter fans surely saw a bunch of those with one of the most shocking being Neville Longbottom's glow-up in the final part of the franchise. However, there's one child star that could overshadow Matthew Lewis' transformation.
Tom Marvolo Riddle or Lord Voldemort was portrayed by five different actors in the Wizarding World franchise. While Ralph Fiennes played the noseless villain that regained his body in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, there were four other actors portraying the main Harry Potter antagonist at different stages of his life.
Richard Bremmer was the very first actor to play Voldemort in Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone. He appeared in a flashback scene that showed him entering the Potters' Cottage and killing Harry's parents. Bremmer's face can also be seen on the back of Quirrell's head. In Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, Tom Riddle appeared as a 16-year-old teenager haunting his own diary.
That version was played by 23-year-old actor Christian Coulson. But several years later, the actor was too old to play a teenager again, so the role was given to Frank Dillane who portrayed the teenage Tom Riddle in Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince and Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.
Probably the last actor who comes to mind when thinking of Voldemort is Hero Fiennes Tiffin, the nephew of Ralph Fiennes. The child actor played young Tom Riddle in 2009's Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince.
The 11-year-old Riddle seen by Harry in Dumbledore's memories was a pretty creepy orphan who could move things without touching them, make animals do what he wanted without training them, speak to snakes, and make bad things happen to people who were mean to him. Though Fiennes Tiffin's scene was a short one it gave many viewers the creeps. The majority of fans think he made a brilliant job playing a terrifying dark wizard in his early years. Since then, the actor changed a lot though.
The 25-year-old actor looks nothing like a creepy child anymore and his Instagram followed by 7.6 million people serves as proof of that. In fact, the baby Voldemort actor is earning a living from his looks. Hero Fiennes Tiffin is signed with modeling agency Storm Management and has modeled for Dolce & Gabbana, Dior, H&M, Hugo Boss, and Superdry. In 2019, he has become the face of the new Salvatore Ferragamo S.p.A. fragrance, Ferragamo.
