You have been secretly wishing for it, and it seems like you are finally going to get it.

The Big Bang Theory is undoubtedly one of the shows that had a huge impact on our generation.

Twelve successful seasons with an amazing cast and complex, yet light and funny storylines, lots of plot twists and unexpected turns.

And most of all – the character development that kept fans hooked from beginning to end. And that's just a few words to give those who don't know the show a glimpse of it.

With that kind of success, it was no surprise when a spin-off of the show was created about the childhood of The Big Bang Theory's most entertaining character, Sheldon Cooper.

Young Sheldon gave fans the full story of his upbringing, also focusing on his closest family members and their stories.

The spinoff also became a hit, and what's interesting is that after a while, fans became more invested in the storylines of the rest of the Cooper family than in Sheldon himself.

And now, as the genius boy moves from Texas to California, the show seems to be reaching the point of its natural finale.

And the creators of the show have some ideas on how to make it epic for both The Big Bang Theory and Young Sheldon fans.

Young Sheldon executive producer Steve Holland thought a reunion of the parent show's cast at the end of the spinoff would be a great idea.

In Jessica Radloff's book, The Big Bang Theory: The Definitive, Inside Story Of The Epic Hit Series, he mentioned that he would love to see the whole gang together again.

But the thing he worries about is not taking "anything away from the great cast of Young Sheldon by leaning on the Big Bang cast."

So it looks like it might be a flash-forward scene. In fact, that's probably the only way the reunion could work.

Since Jim Parsons, who played the adult Sheldon, is the narrator in the spinoff, the whole scene could be turned into a story he was telling the gang around their little table in apartment 4A all along.
